Returns policy

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and manafacturers warranty that run between 2-5 years

We are pleased to confirm that we provide a no Quibble 14 day money back Guarantee. 

Damaged in transit

Breakages  must be reported within five working days of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.

Customer Ordered in error

If you have ordered the wrong item or you no longer require the item, please log a returns request  within 7 days of the invoice date.  

If in the unlikely event that your item does not work and that there appears to a fault please use the standard returns process and receive a replacement.

Incorrect product supplied

We endeavour to ensure that we supply the correct Produst to you, but in the unlikely event that we have made an error with your order, we wil replace as soon as notified.

 Some items are only eligible for money back guarantee if they are returned to us unused and sealed in the original packaging, and in the case of software, unregistered. These items include: 

  • Software
  • CDs & DVDs
  • Headphones and In-ear Monitors
  • Earplugs and Ear Protection
  • Products used on the lips

If you wish to return a product for any reason within the above timescales, please send an e-mail to our returns team on to make arrangements. 

Right to cancel

UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”).
